I began my career in 1985. As a high caliber professional, I combine aggressive marketing programs with superior service to maintain my high profile real estate career.

Each year since 1985, I have earned nationally recognized production awards. As a residential and income property specialist, I stay informed of local governmental changes in Ventura County California.  For clients that are moving across country, I maintain a national network of professional realtors.

I pride myself on my ability to educate my clients on the entire process of selling or buying a home. From preparing a home to sell in today’s competitive environment, to marketing, I have at my disposal the latest technological tools as well.

Having lived in Ventura County, California since 1984 year, I am abundantly familiar with the communities and neighborhoods.  I have built a following of repeat and referral business due to my strengths in contract negotiations and comprehensive marketing programs.

I am a member of the California Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors and the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors. I have served on the local Realtor association’s Grievance and Professional Standards Committees for 26 years, and am passionate about the ethics in my industry. I also serve on the NAHREP and Real Estate Fraud Division for the County of Ventura.   The high standards and energy that I bring to a transaction creates a winning environment.

In addition to selling homes in a traditional real estate market, I have marketed and sold numerous bank foreclosures. I am contracted with certain banks and asset management companies.

My support team comprises a group of capable professionals, including assistants, contractors, locksmiths and handymen.  The process of selling an REO property that begins with the assignment of the property to actually closing escrow can be months or as long as a year, depending on the status of the asset.  This facet of my business has increased my skills in both time management and negotiations.
