| In 2002, Linda Montiel found us the home of our dreams. Linda took me on a very challenging search for perfection. She was patient and worked hard to find exactly what we were looking for, and find it she did. Linda then negotiated all the details for us and made sure that the process was smooth. She always was prompt in her communications and thorough in the contractual details. We also needed to sell our previous home and although Linda didn't work in that area, she connected us with a realtor who assisted us with the bulk of the work and Linda stayed involved to make sure things went smoothly. This became critical when we hit a juncture that required special understanding of us, the client. Linda helped to arrange a key conference call that allowed the final details of that transaction to be negotiated to the satisfaction of both us and the buyer. Most realtors would not have supported us in handling the discussions that way, however due to Linda's understanding of how we work; she used her good judgment not protocol to assist us. Needless to say, I appreciate Linda and her customer service. We love our home and are happy that the sale of our other home went well.
